These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the gto99 online gaming platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, and customer support features accessible through the gto99 website and any associated mobile interface. The gto99 platform is an adults-only service. To register an account and use any feature of gto99, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Each player may hold only one registered account on gto99. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, household, payment method, or device — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gto99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate or void balances, and reverse any withdrawals processed during the period of duplicate account operation.

All financial transactions on gto99 — deposits and withdrawals — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). gto99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction across all accepted payment methods. gto99 does not impose a platform-level fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which gto99 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your gto99 wallet in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes of a completed transaction, you should contact gto99 support via live chat, providing your transaction reference number, the amount deposited, and the mobile number used for the transaction. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

Withdrawal requests submitted by players who have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements will be processed within one hour under standard conditions. VIP account holders receive priority processing. gto99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, which may extend the standard processing time. Withdrawals are paid exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to an alternative method verified by gto99 support.

gto99 does not accept deposits made from third-party payment accounts — that is, accounts not registered in the name of the gto99 account holder. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party payment source may be reversed and the associated gto99 account suspended pending investigation. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect all parties involved.

gto99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are credited to your gto99 wallet subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for the duration of that promotion only.

Unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all gto99 promotional offers:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have fully completed the account registration process and, where applicable, passed any required verification steps.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state that repeat claims are permitted.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money stake, not bonus funds, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

gto99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to a promotion's terms will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the change, provided the original wagering requirements remain applicable.

All games available on gto99 are operated either by gto99 directly or by certified third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. gto99 monitors platform activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, gto99 may freeze account access and withhold pending withdrawals while an investigation is conducted. Investigation outcomes are final and binding on the player.

gto99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion, with or without notice, where gto99 has reason to believe that the player has breached these Terms, is engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, has failed to complete required KYC verification, or where continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to the platform or to other players.

A player may voluntarily close their gto99 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed as a withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within 7 business days of the closure request being confirmed.

All content on the gto99 platform — including but not limited to the gto99 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics streamed from third-party providers, promotional materials, written content, and software architecture — is the property of gto99 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any gto99 intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes as permitted by these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any gto99 content without the prior written consent of gto99. Unauthorised use of gto99 intellectual property may result in account closure and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gto99 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or damages arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to game availability.

gto99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency technical interventions may result in temporary platform unavailability. gto99 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where practicable.

gto99 collects, processes, stores, and uses player personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published at gto99.pro/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using gto99, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data gto99 collects, why it is collected, how it is stored and protected, and the circumstances under which it may be shared with third parties. Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected].

gto99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication of the revised Terms at gto99.pro/terms-conditions.
